When the problem is not a one-off, neither can the solution be. Ground Path transforms the dynamics holding your team back, delivering lasting results.
Ground Path is for organisations and leaders who have identified that something is affecting their team and want to intervene in a structured way, rather than opting for a one-off fix.

Ground Path is a modular and flexible programme that works in a structured and sustained way on what is holding your team back. It involves people as active participants in the process and provides the leader with documented information and greater clarity.
Over 4 to 8 weeks, this hybrid work-related stress management programme combines organisational observation, group work, individual support (optional) and follow-up to intervene in a structured way on the dynamics affecting your team.
The programme’s four components can be combined as follows:
The process starts with an initial group session (Perceive Lab), where dynamics within the team are observed to identify possible issues
Each team member has access to one-to-one sessions for listening and support. The information gathered is used in aggregate form to build an overall picture of the team dynamics and draw up organisational recommendations, never to evaluate individuals or build personal profiles.
Over the following 3 to 7 weeks, group sessions are held, tailored to the context and dynamics identified within the team. The aim is to build on the observation and activation work begun in the workshop and move towards tangible change. When appropriate, the team is also supported in developing specific stress management techniques, so that they can apply them autonomously.
A final debriefing session is held with the team. At the end, a report is delivered to the management, outlining the key takeaways from the process and providing recommendations for the organisation.
Group sessions establish shared routines to restore the team’s collective rhythm. In doing so, participants learn to recognise and manage their own stress responses, reducing friction, improving communication and streamlining team dynamics.
The leader receives a report with insights and, where relevant, organisational recommendations: a documented foundation to take her/his team further.

Although both services address stress dynamics and organisational functioning, the goal of each of them is different.
PERCEIVE LAB:
Workshop to observe and make visible what is going on within the team. Ideal for teams that need clarity before taking action.
GROUND PATH:
Stress management programme enabling invisible dynamics to be transformed and bringing about changes in the way the team interacts, communicates and operates. Ideal for tackling issues systematically rather than ad hoc.
