This is our step-by-step to get there:
Preliminary assessment
Brief conversation to understand the team’s context, the signs causing the leader concern and the type of dynamics being observed.
3-hour onsite session
An experiential workshop based on simulating stress scenarios in fictional settings and creating a space for guided exchange to build self-awareness.
Wrap-up & Toolkit
The session ends with observations being translated into useful insights for the leader and the rest of the team. Participants receive a practical guide (Toolkit) as a support tool for individual follow-up.
